Before you wrap it.
Do they need any experience?+
No. The design and its glass come planned, and the guide is printed inside the lid, step by step. Most people take three to four hours over it.
Is the lamp ready to plug in?+
Yes. The antique-bronze body comes wired; once the glass is on and the grout is wiped, it's ready to switch on.
Will they see what I paid?+
No. Leave “It's a gift” ticked and we pack it without prices, with your card on top.
When will it arrive?+
We dispatch within three business days, then it's with Australia Post. For Christmas, order by Wednesday 16 December (WA, TAS and NT: Wednesday 9 December).
Can I send boxes to different people?+
Each order goes to one address, so place one order per person, each with its own card. For 10 or more, ask us for a team quote: we send to each person's door and it costs less a box.
Can they choose the design themselves?+
You choose for now. If you're not sure, go by the colours of their home: the blues and greens sit quietly in most rooms, the reds and the rainbow make a statement.
